Staff Accountant - General Ledger Location: Bellevue, WA
(Onsite) Salary Range: $74,880 - $83,200 Our client, a

growth. About the Role: The Staff Accountant - General Ledger will
play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records,
ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the
finance team in day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for a
proactive accounting professional with a strong foundation in
general ledger accounting and financial reporting. Overview of the
Staff Accountant role: Maintain and reconcile general ledger
accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Assist with AR billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate
recording of transactions. Prepare and post journal entries (ME JE)
to support the month-end close process. Review and process
accounting batches, ensuring data integrity and compliance with
financial policies. Conduct account reconciliations and financial
statement reviews to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Support audits, improve accounting procedures, and ensure adherence
to internal controls. Preferred Qualifications for the Staff
Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
field. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on
general ledger functions. Proficiency in accounting software;
experience with MIP Fund Accounting is a plus. Strong analytical
skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high
accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively
