Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Process vendor invoices and match purchase orders for timely, accurate payments. Manage corporate credit card transactions and ensure complete documentation for audits. Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve discrepancies, and oversee intercompany transactions. Post payments and perform general ledger/job cost entries with a focus on compliance and accuracy. Qualifications of Accounts Payable Specialist: Experience managing high-volume AP settings. Familiarity with the construction industry and software like CMiC or Sage 100 (preferred). Strong Excel skills and keen attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
