Accounts Receivable Specialist On-Site | South Seattle / SoDo
Salary Range: $52,000 - $58,240 DOE Are you a detail-oriented

Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This

work environment. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you'll
play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing payments,
and maintaining financial accuracy. Overview of the Accounts
Receivable Role: Proactively pursue payment on delinquent accounts
through direct communication with account holders Process credit
card and ACH payments via third-party provider Release orders in
alignment with company credit policies Collaborate with customers
and internal departments to resolve A/R issues such as short pays,
deductions, and reconciliation discrepancies Set up full-cycle job
accounts according to company guidelines Complete lien waivers and
credit reference documentation Provide back-up support for A/R
functions, including deposit posting, credit applications, and data
entry Post A/R cash and maintain new cash applications Deliver
professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
communication Perform other duties and administrative tasks as
needed Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable
Specialist: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree
or equivalent experience At least 2 years of accounts receivable or
credit experience Solid understanding of standard accounting
procedures and reconciliation practices Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with Epicor P21 ERP is a
plus Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
effectively The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely
with a variety of departments and customers to ensure timely and
accurate financial transactions. This is a full-time, on-site role
in South Seattle's SoDo district-ideal for someone who thrives in a
