Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join our Research
team within Regeneron Cell Medicine to support cell therapy target
ID and validation, and CAR-T/TCR pre-clinical research. We hope you

of cell therapies. As a Scientist, a typical day might include:
Designing and Cloning CAR/TCR constructs into lentiviral vectors
Engineering T cells with CARs or TCRs using lentiviral vectors
including at in vivo scale Culturing and characterizing tumor cell
lines, including engineering of gene overexpressing and knockout
cell lines Performing in vitro immunological assays including but
not limited to flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD, cytotoxicity analysis
Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-site teams to plan
experiments and obtain test materials and reagents Contributing to
study design, execution, and data analysis Compiling and presenting
data Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation in an
electronic lab notebook This role might be for you if you: Have the
ability to effectively plan and organize work activities to meet
schedules and deadlines Enjoy working independently and as part of
a collaborative team comprised of multiple functional groups Have
strong communication and organizational skills and easily adapt to
a rapidly changing fast-paced team environment In order to be
considered for this role , you must have a B.S or M.S. in cell
biology, immunology, oncology, or related field with 6 years of
relevant experience. Must have experience working in cell therapy.
Must have extensive experience in molecular biology techniques,
including construct design, cloning, cell line engineering,
lentivirus production, WES/western blot and qPCR. Experience with
flow cytometry and mammalian cell culture, such as tumor cell lines
primary T cell experience is required. Standard immunological
assays such as MSD/Luminex/ELISA and FACS experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of various software (e.g. Microsoft Office,
FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, FACSDiva, Geneious); coding experience a

- $151,100.00
