Engineer who is passionate about designing and building highly
reliable, available platform to support service at scale. You will
also be expected to work on high throughput/low latency scenarios
and drive performance optimization capabilities. We do not just

Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in
Computer Science or related technical field AND 4 years technical
engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not
limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, or Golang OR equivalent experience.
Experience in developing and operating high scale, reliable online
systems. Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer
and/or government security screening requirements are required for
this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the
following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud
Background Check: This position will be required to pass the
Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two
years thereafter. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Bachelors
Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 8 years
technical engineering experience with coding in languages
including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, or Golang OR Python OR
Masters Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6
years technical engineering experience with coding in languages
including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Golang, or Python OR
equivalent experience. Experience in distributed computing and
architecture. Platform and capability development experience in
Azure or other Cloud technologies strong plus. Experience in
developing low latency systems. Knowledge in Network architecture
and concepts (HTTP and TCP Protocols, Authentication and Sessions
etc). Knowledge and experience in OSS, Docker, Kubernetes, C++,
Golang, or equivalent programming languages. Software Engineering
IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is
USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range
applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay
area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range
for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per
year. Microsoft posts positions for a minimum of 5 days, with
applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is
filled. Responsibilities Engage directly with key partners to
understand and implement complex capabilities including managing
large scale multi-tenant platform. Anticipate, identify, assess,
track and mitigate project risks and issues in a fast-paced start
up like environment. Drive thought leadership, architecture and
high scale, complex graph topologies, high throughput, low latency
system. Respond, resolve and incorporate customer feedback with
