regulations. You'll lead the development of core capabilities (e.g.
holistic risk detection across tax, compliance and general bad
actor abuse), partner with operations and tech partners, and
coordinate regional leaders to solve unprecedented challenges at
the intersection of policy, technology, and seller experience. This

standards for compliance excellence. The Global Tax and Account
Compliance team is seeking a Senior Product Manager Tech to develop
ML science-based fraud detection solutions to catch tax evasion.
This role operates at the intersection of technical and science
product development, and cross-functional leadership to combat bad
actor fraud and abuse, driving critical decisions about compliance
risk controls and platform architecture. You will define the
product vision and work with applied scientists to detect bad
actors who exploit seams among our systems, protecting billions in
gross merchandise sales and customer trust,. This role requires
navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across 5 VP organizations
while balancing regulatory requirements, technical constraints, and
seller experience. Key job responsibilities Own the multi-year
product roadmap for tax compliance infrastructure spanning
Prevention, Detection, Investigation, and Enforcement capabilities,
working in close partnership with senior leadership and peer PMs
Address the bad actor risks by leveraging and refining various type
of verifications and investigations while shaping the design of
dynamic data collection systems. Balance risk detection with seller
experience. Deliver measurable improvements in seller experience
for compliance requirements, including defining product features
that reduce customer friction through improved compliance
mechanisms (e.g., reducing verification time from weeks to days)
Make product decisions that balance regulatory obligations, seller
experience, system scalability, and operational efficiency
Translate investigation insights and emerging fraud patterns into
prioritized product requirements and technical initiatives Present
product strategy and business cases to Director- and VP-level
audiences, securing alignment and investment for key initiatives
Define success metrics, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks that track
product effectiveness across compliance domains—including
verification completion rates, false positive rates, investigation
cycle times, and seller satisfaction Partner with operations, tech,
science, and legal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end compliance
solutions - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety
of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level
prioritization and planning - 5 years of end to end product
delivery experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy
and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of
a product - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions -
5 years of product management experience in technical domains,
working on portfolio of products serving multiple organizations
with competing priorities - Experience with fraud and abuse
detection is highly preferred - Experience delivering consumer
software products and services in a high growth environment -
Experience with machine learning, data science, or advanced
analytics for fraud detection - Experience in fraud and abuse
detection, AML/KYC programs, or tax compliance domains - Master
degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field - Track
record building shared service platforms serving multiple business
units with different requirements - Familiarity with SQL, data

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
