Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Everett, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,274 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 Years Required License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP Must-Have: NICU Experience Description: This position works in a neonatal intensive care unit and pediatrics setting. The role requires providing respiratory therapy for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients. Candidates must have experience working in NICU settings. A commitment to working every other weekend is required. The ability to float between like units is necessary. Candidates must possess strong skills in pediatric critical care and various respiratory therapy techniques. Direct intubation and extubation skills are essential. Respiratory distress syndrome knowledge is a key component of this role. Understanding of bronchopulmonary dysplasia is important. Experience with high-frequency oscillators and jet ventilators is beneficial. Familiarity with charting systems, particularly Epic, is required. This position involves troubleshooting and managing respiratory support equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with a multidisciplinary team. An understanding of patient ratio management is expected. Flexibility in scheduling, including working holidays, is a requirement.
