as individuals and teams. Job Duties Focused Interventions: Your
primary role will be to engage patients in time-boxed active
interventions, typically lasting 3-6 months. Following this, there
may be a maximum follow-up period of 6-9 months Direct Integrative
Practice : Work as an integrative psychiatrist with a
multidisciplinary team of therapists, nutritionists, psychiatrists,
and nurse practitioners. Manage a focused caseload, delivering
high-quality psychiatric care Precision Psychiatry: Participate in
the creation and refinement of an evidence-based precision
psychiatry intervention, leveraging technology and data-driven
insights Programmatic Approach Development: Work closely with our
clinical, technology, marketing, and operations teams to help
develop and implement a unique, programmatic approach to
integrative psychiatry Requirements: Medical Degree (MD) and
Medical License: Active and unrestricted MD license. Washington
State Licensure Preferred Board Certification in Psychiatry:
Required Expertise in Integrative Psychiatry: 3yrs post residency
proven experience and training in integrative mental health
approaches Nutritional Psychiatry Proficiency: Working knowledge of
nutritional psychiatry, supplements, and dietary interventions
Interdisciplinary Team Experience: Demonstrated experience
collaborating with nutritionists, therapists, and nurse
practitioners Passion for Innovation: A strong desire to
revolutionize mental healthcare delivery Excellent Communication
Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients,
