Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team!

We're a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.

Responsibilities:

Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster
Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
--- Owning the organization of the database of buyers working directly with our team's top buyer's agent
--- Communicating clearly, promptly, and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and working to help convert clients and assist in the process of finding buyers find the perfect home
--- Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market
--- Follow up with agent's clients weekly and send them customized homes to go view
--- Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
--- Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!

Qualifications:

Can spend a large amount of time driving
Present yourself in a professional manner
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
--- Current and valid Real Estate License in Washington State
--- Have or easily obtain membership with the NWMLS
--- Have or easily obtain Supra eKey
--- A reliable vehicle is necessary
--- Resilient
