Operating Company: Fluke category: Data Science & Analytics location: Everett, Washington, United States Posting Date: Oct 7th 2021 Job Schedule (FT/PT): Full-time Job Level: Individual Contributor Requisition Number: FLU010983 As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work as part of the Sales Operations and Strategy team to ensure salespeople and sales leaders are equipped with robust data analysis to meet our high standards and growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record utilizing data to answer complex questions, analyzing data to monitor the health of the business, and building reports and dashboards to provide the sales team and management with actionable insights to grow our volume. Responsibilities Delivers Results

    • Administer end-to-end point of sale ("POS") upload process by auditing, tracking, uploading, and reporting all POS sales for approved distributors
    • Serve as a liaison between the external POS distributors and internal IT organizations as required to ensure system requirements are fully supported by IT
    • Responsible for end-to-end creation of POS reporting
    • Create weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting for all POS and shipments and provide actionable insights on the results and analysis on trends
    • Assist in POS-support projects in testing new functionality and finding new customer insights on how our tools are used and who is using them
    • Maintain process workflow / instruction documents for POS processing and reporting
    • Build standardized and scalable reports and dashboards that allow stakeholders to assess performance and make data-driven decisions Strategic
        • Track the performance of critical strategic initiatives and provide analyses that improve performance
        • Provide analyses with actionable recommendations to the business including compensation plan design, territory analysis, cross-selling opportunities, and customer/account targeting
        • Analyze KPIs for the field sales team to uncover trends, identify opportunities and mitigate key risks
        • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define KPIs and identify historic trends and predictive opportunities
        • Assist in the development and scaling of enablement activities, working closely with colleagues to identify gaps within the teams' needs, and design and implement analytics projects to meet business requirements
        • Collaborate with Sales, Unified BI, and IT teams to craft an analytics roadmap to support current and future business analytics needs Customer Obsessed
            • Maintain and enhance sales dashboards to provide the sales team and management with actionable insights to grow volume
            • Support ad hoc analysis requests from the Field, Channel, Inside Sales, and Sales Operations teams
            • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, the Unified BI, and IT teams to ensure data quality and consistency
            • Provide regular and as-needed coaching for the Sales organization and users on reporting tools, dashboards, and the uses of data and analytics
              • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
              • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in all other MS Office programs
              • Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities
              • Great communication skills and ability to liaison between multiple layers of management to articulate the business story behind the analytics
              • Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
              • Inquisitive approach to ask "why" when the data does not look right
              • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Additionally, preferred candidates will have:
                • 2+ years of related experience preferably in Sales Operations, Business Analysis or Financial Analysis
                • Experience using VBA-based reporting tools and VBA coding, and processing data in Oracle is a plus
