Job Description: We---re looking for a thoughtful, ambitious, strategically- and entrepreneurially-minded individual to lead and grow our inside sales department. Your work will be critical to the success of your team and our company. Responsibilities: Manage, grow, and be in the trenches selling with a team of reps who: Communicate with potential financial advisement clients via phone and email from introduction of the service to setting an appointment with the appropriate financial advisor. Walk consumers through a questionnaire that helps match them to the appropriate advisor. Help consumers to understand the services financial advisors and other professionals provide. Use our CRM to accurately track your pipeline and forecast your future sales. Create and send emails, calendar events, and understand and use the financial education content Advice Chaser creates on a continuing basis. Contribute to a company culture of motivated, driven professionals who support each other in maintaining a relentless work ethic, and move each other to continually improve our offering. Requirements Must-haves: The executive skills to help build a startup from proof of concept into serious disruption of the financial industry Solid work ethic, compassion and respect for colleagues, partners, and consumers, and a strong commitment to using critical thinking and creativity to help us grow as a company and a team. Strong time management, organization, and decision-making skills are critical Strong written and verbal communication and meticulous communication. Benefits Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $80k annually Bonus: Uncapped and tied directly to your and your team---s performance On target earnings $100k+ annually to grow to $200k+ annually as you hire and train more reps Opportunities for equity in the company Office north of Seattle Open vacation policy.
