A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Spanish Bilingual Contact Center Customer Service Representative. Core Responsibilities Include: Handling a high volume of incoming calls Assessing and fulfilling customer needs and educating customers where applicable regarding products and services Resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process Skills and Requirements Include: Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Ability to be responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information Fluent in Spanish/English
