is currently seeking a Staff Analyst (Experienced or Senior) (Level
3 or Level 4) to join the 777-8F Airframe Team based in Everett,
Washington! The position will require integrating with Boeing and
Supplier teams in the US and overseas. Position
Responsibilities:
- Leads the development, planning and execution of
employee-related activities and initiatives
- Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies,
organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
- Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and
identifies implementation recommendations
- Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review
architecture
- Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and
proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information,
workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility
needs)
- Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics
and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule
and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and
communicates status
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
- Leads the development and deployment of training content
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners
and customers to deploy broad organizational training
- Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals,
objectives and initiatives.
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to
plan.
- Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting
content and leadership briefings.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and
evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies
options.
- Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large
meetings/events.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates
status to all project participants.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility
requirements.
- Develops and deploys localized training content.This position
is expected to be 100% onsite. - The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite at the listed location option. -This
position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is
required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent
resident, refugee, or asylee. -Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources,
performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office
applications.
- 3+ years' experience facilitating the meetings and presenting
to senior leaders.
- 3+ years of experience with program management standard
methodologies including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics,
Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier
Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and
PreparationPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating
effectively, and communicating clearly
- Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive
Level.Typical Education/Experience: -Level 3: Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and
typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years'
related work experience, 10 years' related work experience,
etc.).Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent combination of education
and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14
years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation
