Description:Aerotek is hiring Production Leads for a position at a local manufacturing company. Our client is searching for candidates who are looking to become a part of the core team that supports company growth and meets key deadlines. New hires will be trained on the machine set ups, programs, adjustments and quality assurance of the finished product. The client is looking for their next generation of leadership on site and plans to train new hires into lead roles if they do not have that level of experience.Qualifications:A strong candidate for this role has experience working with mechanical systems, computer literacy and would consider themselves a natural leader. Machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.Skills:- Mechanical aptitude- Computer literacy- Project/deadline oriented- Ability to apply basic math to daily tasks.- Ability to apply production schedule to daily tasks.Physical Requirements:- Must be able and willing to stand for duration of shift- Able to bend/twist/kneel as needed to make adjustments to machines- Able to lift 50lbs About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
