Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing Engineers to support airplane programs located in Everett, WA. A successful candidate in this role will have passion, creativity, and a steadfast desire for process improvement and efficiency. They will also have a strong desire to be out in the factory, interacting with mechanics and electricians, and directly supporting the production system. In Production Engineering, we seek highly responsible professionals committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate or Mid-Level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
• Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
• Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
• Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
• Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
• Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
• Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
• Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
• Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
• Implements lean principles and technologies. Work Authorization:
  
  The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  
  This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed Boeing location.
  
  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in course of study in engineering
  • Experience working in an engineering discipline
  • Experience working in a production environment
  • 3 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • 5 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Knowledge of computer aided design tools and systems
    • Knowledge of parts, materials, and processes related to electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical and/or electro-optical commodities
    • Experience working in the aerospace or aviation industry
    • Experience leading teams performing technical engineering work in either a formal or informal capacity Typical Education/Experience:
      • Mid Level Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
        • Senior Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

                    Summary pay range for Mid Level Level: $96,050 - $129,950
                    
                    Summary pay range for Senior Level: $117,300 - $158,700
