• Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsResponsibilities:Provide timely, accurate and competitive preparation of project estimatesProduce estimates to secure work in both the negotiated and competitive bid arenasLead pre bid and bid day coordination and strategyComplete accurate takeoffs and cost estimating of work scopesIdentify constructability and logistics challenges and provide solutionsProvide best value engineering to help meet negotiated clients budget expectationsProvide development schedules incorporating preconstruction and construction tasksEstablish and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers which enhance ability to obtain competitive and timely pricingDevelop and maintain client and consultant relationships which allows repeat business opportunitiesProduce project budgets that are complete, timely, and reflect the total cost to complete the projectPrepare and negotiate Subcontracts and Purchase AgreementsCoordinate and participate in project turnover meetings to transfer project information to construction operationsRequirements:BA/MS college degree preferred in construction management or related fieldGood knowledge of construction means and methodsConceptual & Schematic estimating with limited informationProficient reading and understanding of construction documentsSelf-starting, self-motivated, effective time manager that can work in a team environment as well independently when neededCreative, intuitive and flexibleOrganized and detail orientedGood communication and leadership skillsPositive attitude and respectfulnessAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with the team, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliersAbility to use MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS ProjectInterested in hearing more?
