Job Description:
Northwest Center is now hiring a Lead Custodian to provide
support in Everett!We are Integrated Facilities Services (IFS), a
world-class janitorial and building services operation and part of
Northwest Center, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for people
with disabilities and advancing equal opportunities in education
and employment.We are seeking candidates to join our growing
Janitorial team in the Everett area. This is an opportunity for a
full-time role that offers flexibility, competitive pay and

advance.Responsibilities for the role include working as a
custodian, providing leadership support to the teams, and
completing floor maintenance at several sites in the Everett area.

onside custodial support and required floor maintenanceTrain or
retrain staff on correct custodial and safety proceduresResponsible
for the direction, schedules, and assignments of work for crews
when other supervisors are not availableAbility to communicate with
employees, listen to their concerns or questions, and inspect
employees' work paying close attention to details and acting on or
relaying information to the Supervisor as appropriateOperate and/or
direct crew to operate hand and powered maintenance and floor care
equipmentMinimum Requirements1 year of Floor Technician experience6
months of leadership or supervisory experienceProof of Covid 19
vaccinationThe ability to work independently and self-motivateAble
to lift & carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis Reliable
transportation and a clean driving recordPunctual with good
