Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Staff Analyst to join their team in Everett, Washington!This role will be providing support to the Executive of BCA Functional Excellence and Senior Managers and First Line Leaders in the dynamic Supply Chain Organization.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates organizational requirements, provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture and cadence.
  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Acts as liaison between customers and information technology organization to communicate and resolve issues related to computing system requirements.
  • Provides guidance and implements data and information management standards; consolidates and simplifies process documents.
  • Develops executive level briefings and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and integrating requirements from multiple data sources and multiple process owners.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational communications.
  • Develops and maintains processes to improve efficiency through the use of process methods, tools and modeling, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation and data analysis.
  • Facilitates the development of business case and risk analysis of process investment and affordability.
  • Coordinates and conducts reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation, as required.
  • Works with managers to scope, plan and establish business process direction and strategies.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
    • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
    • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • 3+ years of experience integrating and building executive level presentations for a large organization.
      • 3+ years of experience to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.Typical Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
