We work and live where others vacation! -Join us...Our office is located in the heart of Wenatchee WA, a vacationer's dream and mecca for outdoor recreation and community. -There are 300+ days of sunshine per year and four distinct seasons. -In 10-20 minutes, you can be skiing/snowboarding in the mountains, walking trails, at trailheads for hiking/biking/rock climbing, or at one the many lakes or rivers for whitewater rafting / kayaking, boating, paddling, and fishing. -All of this in your backyard. -Experience quality life here in the valley working for CCCN. -Please note: at this time, we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.Company:Community Clinic Contracting Network (CCCN) provides healthcare informatics to its community health partners in Washington State. -We are a dynamic growing organization looking for a talented individual to join our team.Job Summary:The Healthcare Data Analyst acts as the primary point of contact for each assigned healthcare clinic. -This individual will interface and communicate with senior leaders, supervisors, providers, and other end-users on a regular basis. -The Healthcare Data Analyst acts as the subject matter expert of the data repositories available within the organization by obtaining an in-depth understanding of each source system. -This role is in Washington state and travels within Washington and adjoining states. This position may be eligible for a hybrid remote/on site work situation. - Salary range starting at $85,000 depending on qualifications.What you will do:

  • Gather specifications and aid in developing key performance indicators (KPI) and dashboards
  • Maintain accurate documentation as it relates to KPIs and reports
  • Act as the primary point of contact for each assigned clinic
  • Frequent communication with assigned clinics to ensure projects stay on time and accurate
  • Organize and lead regular status calls with assigned clinics
  • Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare data
  • Work with developers to translate business requirements on KPIs and ensure correct data is utilized and analyzed
  • Perform validation tasks to ensure accuracy of reports and data
  • Develop ad-hoc reports as requestedKnowledge/Skills
    • Ability to relate to senior leaders, supervisors, providers, and other end-users on a personal level yet maintain a technical working relationship with the database developers
    • Comfortable addressing and presenting to senior leadership on key findings and managing client relationships through project implementations
    • Professional Communication a must
    • Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL programming, SQL server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, and Excel
    • Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Excel
    • Comfortable with SSIS ETL process
    • Assist in the design and development of databases, reporting tools, and business processes
    • Analyze data and trends for anomalies, trends, opportunities, including monthly validation of KPIs.
    • Ability to discover, understand, and translate business language and rules from customer to database developers and vice versa
    • Technical writing and documentationPreferred Experience:
      • Experience with healthcare data
      • Experience with T-SQL coding
      • Experience with ETL using Microsoft SSIS
      • Extensive experience designing dashboards/scorecards
      • Broad range of BI and report writing tools
