Maintenance Technician.BASIC SCOPE AND FUNCTION OF POSITION –
Maintaining all building systems, apartment turns, and fulfilling
resident maintenance requests. Requires knowledge of plumbing,
construction and electrical.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma
or equivalentAbility to follow directions, work independently,
problem-solve, make decisions and meet deadlinesDetailed
orientedAbility to multi-task and prioritize based on daily needs
of the facilityExcellent communication skillsBasic knowledge of
building systems and/or constructionIDEAL CANDIDATE:Experience in
apartment maintenance preferredKnowledge of plumbing, construction,
painting, landscaping and electricalProfessional at all timesMust
have valid Driver's LicenseCompensation includes a competitive
