Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a savvy Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Business Transformation Enterprise Inventory Management team based out of Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
Build and handle various metrics and dashboards in support of Supply Chain inventory analytics.
Support and lead team on data initiatives and ensure efficient data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
Support Supply Chain with analysis of inventory data to find opportunity and risks.
Work with subject matter experts to provide useful analysis on the true costs of inventory impacts and decisions.
Coordinate inventory data with working partners including Business Analytic Teams, Enterprise Finance, Program Finance, Working Capital, Digital Transformation and Functional Excellence teams.
Represent Business Transformation toward a One Boeing Approach for Enterprise in Inventory strategy, visibility, metrics and calculations.
Provide digital proposals for future state requirements based on current state analytic needs.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in data science or data analytics .
Experience taking data and deriving meaningful information through analysis and data visualization .
Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools.
Experience with extracting data from SQL servers.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in Supply Chain and/or Inventory Management
Familiarity with existing data sources including SAP/Hana, ERPMART, TERADATA, BEDW, CDW, NWP/Cognos
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Experience leading large multi-functional teams/projects involving standardization
The desire to learn new technologies and strive to constantly improve personal skills
Excellent project management, time management, organizational , and planning skills
The ability to express sophisticated technical concepts, both verbally and in writing, in an effective and understandable manner regardless of audience expertise level
Consistent in attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive in understanding and anticipating stakeholder requirements
Ability to create/improve processes and procedures to increase efficiencies
Ability to operate with a strategic mentality and tactical execution
The ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with team members from non-technical disciplines.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Summary pay range: $65,520 - $121,680.
