schedule social media content that builds our brand, supports
recruiting, and boosts community engagement. Edit short-form videos
that grab attention—whether for internal updates or external
campaigns. Keep our website fresh, accurate, and on-brand through
WordPress updates and SEO-friendly content. Bring visuals to life
Design graphics, layouts, and marketing collateral with Adobe
Illustrator or InDesign. Ensure everything we publish looks
polished, cohesive, and unmistakably Sprague. Keep our brand
wearable Own uniform and merch ordering from end to end—tracking
inventory, coordinating vendors, and making sure every new hire has
what they need to rep the brand. Forecast needs so we’re always
stocked and ready for growth. Turn data into direction Monitor
social, website, and campaign performance—and turn metrics into
insights. Build dashboards and reports that help marketing and
leadership make smarter decisions. Communicate like a pro Draft
clear, concise, polished messaging for announcements, campaigns,
and internal updates. Partner closely with operations, HR,
leadership, and vendors to keep projects moving and timelines
tight. Stay organized and ultra-responsive using Outlook to manage

Description Position Title: Marketing Coordinator Department:
Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing

$32/hour plus incentives Position Summary: The Marketing
Coordinator plays a key role in executing and supporting marketing
initiatives across digital platforms, brand assets, internal
communications, and operational coordination. This role requires a
highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong
communication skills, creative execution abilities, and technical
proficiency in Outlook, Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign, and
WordPress. The ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, and
comfortable managing multiple priorities in a very fast-paced
environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Digital Marketing
& Content Manage and schedule content across social media platforms
to support brand awareness, campaigns, recruiting, and community
engagement. Create and edit short-form videos for social media,
internal communications, and marketing campaigns. Maintain and
update website content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, brand
consistency, and SEO best practices. Assist in developing marketing
collateral, graphics, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator. Uniform
Ordering & Inventory Management Coordinate ordering, tracking, and
inventory management of company uniforms and branded merchandise.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage vendor relationships,
and ensure timely fulfillment for new hires, replacements, and
special events. Track usage trends and forecast future inventory
needs. Data Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze performance
metrics for social media, website traffic, campaigns, and
engagement. Create reports and dashboards to provide insights and
recommendations for optimization. Maintain organized records of
marketing data and results. Communication & Coordination Serve as a
strong internal communicator, working closely with leadership,
operations, HR, and external vendors. Draft clear, professional
written communications including announcements, emails, updates,
and campaign messaging. Maintain high responsiveness and
follow-through using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling,
coordination, and task management. Support cross-functional
projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Other
duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related
field; or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of experience in
marketing coordination, communications, or related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google
Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp); familiarity with SEO/SEM best
practices. Experience with CMS/CRM platforms and strong data
management skills. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) or similar graphic design tools. Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to
detail. Excellent organizational, project management, and
multitasking abilities; able to meet tight deadlines. Creative
thinker with an analytical mindset; able to blend data-driven
insights with compelling content strategies. Ability to build
effective relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and
agencies. Willingness to travel occasionally for events and
tradeshows. Ability to pass background screening requirements,
including identity, education, credit, and criminal history checks
Preferred Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability
to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. High
proficiency in: Microsoft Outlook (email management, calendars,
task coordination) Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign (graphic
design and layout) WordPress (content management and updates)
Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling
tools. Basic video editing experience (mobile or desktop tools).
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Ability to
analyze data, interpret trends, and present insights clearly.
Self-motivated, efficient, and comfortable working independently
and collaboratively. Physical Requirements: Long periods of
stationary work, working on a computer, moving between various work
areas, going up and down stairs, talking on the phone, working with
office/computer equipment, and sitting at desk or table while
