We're seeking a Senior Talent Partner with a strong background in designing and delivering comprehensive talent solutions. This role focuses on enabling growth-of people, teams, and the business. You will work closely with leaders, HR Strategic Advisors, Sr HR Partners, and Talent program owners to advise on talent needs, shape employee experience strategies, and connect enterprise-wide initiatives. Your expertise in talent development and your ability to guide and influence will be key to enabling long-term success. Role Details:
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) based in Bellevue, WA (preferred), Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted talent solutions consultant to business leaders, aligning Talent, Development, & Experience (TD&E) strategy with organizational goals.
  • Co-create and implement development and employee experience strategies tailored to your assigned business line.
  • Represent business priorities across TD&E functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs and influencing solution design based on business context.
  • Identify talent gaps and recommend strategic, scalable interventions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnerships across TD&E teams to deliver programs and services seamlessly.
  • Advocate for and represent the full portfolio of TD&E offerings, including leadership development, learning, DEI, performance, and engagement solutions.
  • Drive consistency within the Talent Partner team by sharing insights, standard processes, and scalable approaches.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent development and solutions.
  • 4-7 years in a consultative role within HR or organizational development.
  • 4-7 years managing or implementing enterprise-level talent programs.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and solution design.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including experience presenting to executives.
  • Proven success in developing and driving large-scale talent initiatives.
  • Broad knowledge of the talent development lifecycle: leadership, learning, performance, engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and inspire at all levels.
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

    Additional Details:
    Travel: Yes, travel required.
    DOT Regulated: No.
    Base Pay Range: $96,600 - $174,200. The actual pay will depend on location, qualifications, and experience.
