Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security, and Safety,
Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and
Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.Join a

- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday (5am - 3:30pm)

- NASA & DARPA projectsMinimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of intermediate to advanced experience in machining
and fabrication
- 3+ years of intermediate to advanced mechanical skills
including sealing, fasteners, coatings, and adhesives
- Experience programming, setting up, and operating a variety of
CNC and manual machine tools including but not limited to 3-axis
Mills
- Proficient in recent versions of CAM software systems such as
Mastercam, CAMworks, or Esprit
- Proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or Creo)
- Familiar with conversational programming of CNC machines
- Good understanding of G code and hand-editing code at the
machine
- Engineering drawing interpretation and inspection
experience
- Basic DC and AC electrical skills including basic wiring and
troubleshooting of electrical power and control systems
- Familiar with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and providing DFM
feedback
- Familiar with precision inspection equipment and process
- Skilled with the use of personal computers and MS Windows-based
applications (Excel and Word)
- Basic data analysis and formatting in MS Excel
- Requires initiative, dedication, and the ability to understand
guidelines
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional
relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident
(current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as
a refugee or granted asylumPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an aerospace environment
- Installing, repairing, and programming digital controls
- AS or BS or equivalent experience in Machining, Electronics,
Engineering Technology, or Engineering
- Background in owning part processing from programming, set up,
machining, troubleshooting, and inspection
- Experience in fast-paced, R&D environments
- Additional machining and fabrication experience including
welding, grinding, honing, wire EDM, waterjet, sheet metal forming,
and processing
- Tooling and fixture designCompensation Range for:WA applicants
