Innova Solutions has a client which is immediately hiring for Lead Instructor-Aerospace

Position Type: Full time contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)

As a Lead Instructor, you will
Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources.
Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements.
Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods.
Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area.
Deploys development tools and monitors implementation.
Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years' experience in Instructing, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Assurance for Aerospace.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $45-$48 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
