full-time position for an Intake Coordinator/ECLIPSE Administrator
in our Intake department and to support our Early Childhood Mental

1.0FTESalary: $21.00 - $26.00The Intake Coordinator/ECLIPSE
Administrator works within the Central Intake Team to receive and
process referrals to most ChildStrive programs. This position also
supports our new ECLIPSE program administrative work by initiating
client records, building our note templates, and pulling data
relevant for reports. This position will educate prospective
clients and referral sources about the eligibility criteria for all
ChildStrive programs about half the time, and the other half of the
time will specifically support the ECLIPSE team. Families they
support through the intake process may be experiencing complex, and
emotional circumstances. We engage in sensitive conversations with
families to guide them to appropriate services and resources. The
Intake Coordinators work with other ChildStrive program staff to
build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as
hospitals, pediatricians, therapists, and schools. This role
ensures all data-entry related to new referrals is complete and
accurate within the electronic health record system. Advanced
training in our medical record system will be provided.REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:COVID 19 Vaccination3+ years of experience working
in a field of social services or early childhood or a pediatric
clinic setting, or A.A./B.S. degree in a field related to social
services or early childhoodFamiliarity with Microsoft Suite;
experience with database entry and useBasic competency in data
analysis (comparing outcomes, use of ratios, graphing trends over
time)Strong communication skills: speak clearly and persuasively in
positive or challenging situations; listen and get clarification,
write clearly and informatively, able to read and interpret written
informationFollows policies and procedures: complete administrative
tasks correctly and on timeProvides quality work: demonstrates
accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote
