We have a full-time position for an Intake Coordinator/ECLIPSE Administrator in our Intake department and to support our Early Childhood Mental Health Counselors.POSITION SUMMARY:Intake Coordinator / AdministratorProgram: Family and Community ServicesSchedule: 0.8 - 1.0FTESalary: $21.00 - $26.00The Intake Coordinator/ECLIPSE Administrator works within the Central Intake Team to receive and process referrals to most ChildStrive programs. This position also supports our new ECLIPSE program administrative work by initiating client records, building our note templates, and pulling data relevant for reports. This position will educate prospective clients and referral sources about the eligibility criteria for all ChildStrive programs about half the time, and the other half of the time will specifically support the ECLIPSE team. Families they support through the intake process may be experiencing complex, and emotional circumstances. We engage in sensitive conversations with families to guide them to appropriate services and resources. The Intake Coordinators work with other ChildStrive program staff to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, pediatricians, therapists, and schools. This role ensures all data-entry related to new referrals is complete and accurate within the electronic health record system.
