Receive and in-process domestic and international service orders
for Everett Service Lab (CSS 75th Street).
This position receives equipment, books RMA's and updates
service orders within Oracle/Depot Repair for inbound deliveries of customer
equipment. Reviews orders, equipment and paperwork for correct price, part
number, accessories, and shipping instructions. Maintains customer credit
holds, communicates with customers and internal Fluke departments including
Accounting, Logistics/Traffic, Customer Care, IT and System Support. May
cross-train to back up shipping and receiving functions on dock and cleaning
and inspecting of units.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and assigned tasks.

Skills and Experience:
2+ years of related Customer Service experience including call
center, order processing, quoting, in or out-processing. Proven ability to
communicate well with internal and external customers via phone and email. Good
computer skills with focus on Microsoft Office programs. Excellent written and
oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills. Must be multi-task
oriented and able to work in a fast- paced environment with a high degree of
accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work with other departments and
customers with tact and diplomacy.

and experience with regulatory compliance requirements is preferred
--- Proficient using the Internet and sending/receiving electronic
--- Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
--- Demonstrate excellent communication/interpersonal,

--- Ability to work with other departments and customers with tact
--- Able to complete tasks with supervision using established
order processing guidelines and procedures
--- Obtain or file paperwork, or locate a product sent in for
repair or servicing outside the immediate work area
--- U.S status
--- A minimum of 1-2 years of material handling and/or customer
--- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
--- Capable of heavy lifting (50lbs)
--- Work productively in a team environment, show extreme care of
--- Demonstrate excellent work ethic and multi-tasking skills.
--- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and committed to
producing accurate and high-quality work
--- Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime
--- Ability to consistently arrive timely to customer locations
--- The ideal candidate will have a customer service or logistics
--- Prior experience with data entry
