Volt is immediately hiring for IT Support Specialist, Tier 1 in EVERETT, Washington.
As an IT Support Specialist, Tier 1 you will:
Responsibilities:
--- Provide technical end-user support in-person or remote.
--- Prepare hardware (laptops/desktops) for distribution to end users.
--- Support other networked devices such as printers, access points, and switches.
--- Install or upgrade end user software as needed.
--- Provide new employee IT orientation.
--- Create and help keep documentation up to date.
--- Ensuring availability of audio and visual resources
Required Experience:
--- Experience using and troubleshooting the following:
--- Windows 10, MacOS, Android & iOS operating systems
--- Office 365
--- Laptop/Desktop Hardware
--- Common Peripherals (Mice, Keyboards, Webcams, etc.)
--- Printers
--- Previous help desk experience desired
Job Requirement:
--- occasionally work outside of normal business hours
--- Ability to lift up to 30lbs without assistance.
--- Washington State driver's license
--- Ability to travel up to 35 miles to satellite office in Redmond.
--- Technical certifications such as CompTIA's A+ desired
Preferred Qualification:
--- Technical certifications such as CompTIA's A+ desired
This is a Full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
--- Windows 10, MacOS, Android & iOS operating systems.
---Laptop/Desktop Hardware, Office 365
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
