is seeking Entry-Level or Associate Systems Engineers - Airplane
Level Engineering Integrations to support our team in Everett, WA
-. -The SE&I team is a division of the Airplane Level
Engineering Integration (ALEI) Organization within the Boeing
Commercial Airplanes (BCA). -Our team is actively engaged with
airplane programs that currently include 737-10 MAX, 777-9, 777-8
Freighter, and future product development programs.The successful
candidate will have experience with one or more of the following;
system integration and testing, model based systems engineering,
mission analysis / CONOPS, functional analysis & integration,
interface control, safety and certification, risk / issue /
opportunity management, and change & configuration
management.Position Responsibilities:
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist
with analyses, design, development and verification of a lifecycle
balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Assists with analyses to evaluates customer/operational needs
to define system performance requirements, integrate technical
parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and
program interfaces.
- Assists with various analyses to optimize total system of
systems and/or system architecture.
- Assists with analyses for affordability, safety, reliability,
maintainability, testability, human systems integration,
survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security,
regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties
quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission
success.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. - The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed
location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance
requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. -
120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful
permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study
in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or
chemistryPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): -
- 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experienceTypical Education &
Experience:Entry-Level: Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science
degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer
science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred,
although not required, accreditation standardAssociate: Bachelor's
degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering
classification or a Master's degree with experience in an
engineering classificationRelocation:This position offers
