Job Description:
**Description** **This posting is for multiple openings at
Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett, WA.** **We offer day,
evening, & night shifts, as well as on-call, part time and full
time opportunities.** **In addition to the fantastic benefit and

**Caregiver assistance program** Ensures that all demographic and
insurance information is registered in an accurate and timely
manner. Prepares and coordinates the distribution of patient
information to nursing units and ancillary departments. Ensures
patients are pre-registered prior to their service date in an
accurate and timely manner. Monitors scheduling programs for
patient appointments. Collects patient co-payments. Works side by
side with the clinical team in the emergency room setting.
**Required qualifications:** + 1 Year Customer Service or
Healthcare registration **Preferred qualifications:** + Data Entry
+ Proficiency in MS Office + Working knowledge of office equipment,
printers & fax machines + Hospital patient access or billing,
medical office receptionist, insurance office experience +
