Residential Services Specialist Supervisor - Full Time
Everett, WA

Compass Health is currently looking for a Residential Services Specialist Supervisor to join our Housing program.
The grand opening of this building, which is phase one of Compass Health's Broadway Campus Redevelopment Project, was jointly celebrated with the allocation of $14 million in state capital funding for Compass Health's phase two building, a state-of-the-art facility for intensive behavioral health services. What you will be performing
The Housing Residential Services Specialist assists clients exiting from homelessness, hospitals, jails, and residential treatment facilities to maintain Compass Health supported housing. This position is responsible for performing security, facility maintenance and residential care duties, assisting clients in complying with lease terms, and developing effective working relationships with residents, housing case managers, clinicians, community members, visiting professionals, and property management vendor. Time is divided between leading shift coverage, supervising front line staff, administrative tasks, schedule management, and case management support.
You will assist with the pickup and distribution of food donations from our community partners. This may include driving the company van.
Must have a current First Aid, CPR and Food handlers permit, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
Must possess a valid Washington yate Drivers License and appropriate insurance

What you will be carrying along


  • 1+ year experience working with people living with mental illness preferred
  • Experience in residential services and/or supportive housing programs preferred.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check, which may or may not include an additional search by DSHS.

  • Must have a current First Aid, CPR and Food handlers permit, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.


  • Must possess a valid Washington yate Drivers License and appropriate insurance

    • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check, which may or may not include an additional search by DSHS.

        The employee will be working in an administrative office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and use close vision.
