We protect our environment to ensure our future.And we have fun doing what we do!POSITION SUMMARYThe recruiting team is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process while listening and attending to current employee needs. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.NOTE: This position is a temporary position August through December, that may lead to permanent placement.ESSENTIAL DUTIESSource candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsPerform reference checks as neededFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment termsStation the front desk by responding to employee needs as they arise and logging service ticketsManage onboarding and new hire processStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma/GED.Recruiting experience preferredAbility to efficiently manage people and resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Highly organized and detail oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to adapt and grow as business needs change.Ability to work in a self-directed environment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSManual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices, and basic office equipment on a constant basis.The ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.This position description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities for the role described above.
