If you would like to work with an innovative company that is modernizing medicine to make health care more accessible, then this is your chance to be a part of our growing AnovaWorks team!The PositionYour role as the Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with current and potential clients, and seeking new business opportunities. The right candidate for this position is personable, highly self- motivated, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will work under the Business Development Manager (BDM) to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

A qualified Business Development Representative will be able to perform the following duties:-- Collaborate with the BDM to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.-- Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, and participating in conferences.-- Generate leads through canvassing, cold calling, emailing, messaging, etc.-- Visit establishments to promote our services and emphasize service features based on analyses of client's needs.-- Visit businesses/ organizations and identify prospective client needs. Discuss how our services can help them reach their goals.-- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities-- Coordinate sales meetings between the BDM and prospective clients.-- Assist the BDM with preparing and conducting sales presentations in Central and Eastern Washington-- Provide outstanding customer service and ensures a high-quality client experience at every contact point.-- Track and maintain client records using the appropriate programs.-- Complete expense, sales, and other reports.-- Assists in resolving client complaints as needed.The Business Development Representative should have the following qualifications:-- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience-- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required-- A proven history of meeting/exceeding sales quota and objectivesKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES-- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.-- Must be able to interact effectively with co-workers, clients, and patients.-- Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment and a passion for contributing to the continued growth of the department.-- Communicate the AnovaWorks brand/ services effectively and clearly both cross-functionally (sales, product, marketing) and to external customers.-- Excellent presentation skills to small, medium, and large groups.-- Demonstrable success in consistently providing high-level customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment-- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Suite ApplicationsThe Business Development Representative will be required and/or expected to: -- Travel within Eastern Washington without restrictions.-- Participate in professional development activities.-- Serve on committees and provides project assistance.BENEFITS -- Mileage Reimbursement-- Medical, Dental & Vision-- 401(k)/ matching-- Medical, Dental & Vision -- Employee assistance program-- Life insurance-- Supplemental Insurance -- Holiday pay-- Paid Time Off-- Continuing Medical Education SALARY$50k - $70k, DOEPI187767502
