Job Description:
GENERAL SUMMARYIntercepts and routes incoming calls, takes
thorough messages, and provides basic information to callers. Is
the front-line contact with the public and represents Marysville
Toyota Service in a friendly, professional manner at all times.

dealership.Reports To: Service ManagerPart-time schedule 3 days a
week 9:00 am - 6:00pm with flexibility for additional hours as
needed. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides excellent
customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests
and asking questions to ensure understanding of needs.Communicates
with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner,
striving to minimize transfers and on-hold time.Ability to maintain
multiple schedules and schedule service appropriately based on
customers needs and given information. Maintains composure in
handling large volume of incoming calls and scheduling. Ability to
prioritize and assess urgency levels.Using computer for word
processingAccurate data inputUsing equipment consistent with
industry standards (credit card machine, 10-key, fax, copier,
etc.)Warmly welcome customers into the dealership and introduce
them to their service advisor.Ability to handle transactions as
needed once services renderedWorking Effectively With OthersSpeaks
enthusiastically, clearly, concisely, and effectively.Builds

degree or equivalent preferred EXPERIENCEOne year of high volume
