We always look to the future and invest in our people, new technologies, and continuous improvement processes and techniques.The position of Operator 1's primary function is to keep the facility clean in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. The individual in this position will work in the Sawmill/Planer. Regularly perform the following tasks: general facility clean up including picking up slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips off lower mill floors, and assist with dust mitigation.Training that may be required:Fall Protection LockoutPIT (Powered Industrial Truck)LadderDayshift Production Schedule: Not hiringat this timeMon-Thurs 5am-3:30 pm (Fridays as needed)Swingshift Production Schedule: Not hiring at this timeMon-Thurs 4:30pm-3am (Fridays asneeded)Relief Schedule: Currently hiringHours vary at this time (call HR to inquire about hours 360-436-2947)Generous company-paid assistance for Medical and Dental insurance premiums; cost-effective co-pays & deductibles.
