Quality Assurance Assistant supports the internal auditing process
to ensure all requirements are being met; as dictated by applicable
laws and regulations as well as aid in the analysis of processes
and procedures for quality assurance. They will participate and
assist in the implementation of process change and report findings
and recommendations to the supervisor.
The right candidate will be professional, trustworthy and reliable
with a strong sense of personal integrity. They will be conscious
of elevating and maintaining the agency standard of operational
excellence. They will have a strong base knowledge of MS Office and
databases and have outstanding communication skills. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail is critical.
Some Essential Functions:
Assistant to the QA Manager.
Engage in quality assurance protocols with clients' monthly
Under the direction of the QA Manager, create and update staff site
notebooks and emergency procedures.
Implement and create documentation systems
Maintain digital Incident Report log.
Perform site, files, service plan audits for quality assurance.
Monitor and report all operations that affect quality.
Assure compliance and quality by checking processes and output.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing
Internal audits and documentation.
Maintain files as requested.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: 2 years of QA experience, preferred
Licensure/Certification: Obtain CPR/ First Aid Certification,
Driver's License, within 90 days of hire. Attend training required
by applicable laws.
