specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. Sea Mar

services. We are recruiting for the following position(s):
Child and Family Therapist or Licensed C&F Therapist -
Salary: $27-$32 Depending on licensure. This position may be
eligible for the student loan repayment program. There is a LICSW
supervisor available at this site.
Sea Mar Behavioral Health in Everett is seeking a full-time
therapist for its diverse and expanding child and family program.
The office and school based Child and Family Therapist provides
mental health assessments, individual and family counseling, case
management, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and may lead
groups in a school setting.
In addition, the therapist will provide referrals and
coordination with medication providers, primary physicians and
other community agencies. Must have the ability to accurately
diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans based
upon diagnoses. Must be willing to work early or later hours on
some days, depending on school placement and office needs.
Qualifications and/or Experience:
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work that
includes course-work in psychological diagnostics.
- Must meet WAC requirements for a Mental Health
- Child Mental Health Specialists preferred, or be willing to
work towards credential. English/Spanish bilingual highly
- Computer efficiency required.
- Experience with evidence based models and wrap around services
preferred. Experience working with children and families
