provides individuals with criminal histories the opportunity to

serviced our clients with professionalism and empathy.
The Carnegie Resource Centeris a gateway to a multitude of
resources and training opportunities related to mental health
counseling and substance use disorder treatment, employment
services, housing enrollment, veteran programs, health insurance
navigation, and public benefit enrollments. All services at the
center are coordinated by Pioneer Human Services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Social Service Coordinator is responsible for providing
technical and administrative service coordination support to
clients. In particular, the Social Services Coordinator assists
clients with attaining services appropriate to their needs by
working closely with Community Partner Case Managers from various
programs, including Pioneer programs. In addition this person will
work with employers and Community Partner agencies to bring
workshops and programming inside of the Carnegie Resource
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
BA/BS degree in the human services, social sciences or related
field desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience
will be considered.
3 years of experience in the human services, criminal justice or
correctional system(s) or related field.
3 years of progressively responsible duties in a professional
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Software and Equipment Used: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Have a valid Driver's License.
