Job Description:

Is it time for a more flexible and manageable schedule? Do you feel you aren't connecting with your patients like you would like to? Maybe you would like more experience in a field you have not yet worked?

When you have a medically complex child, your life changes. Without a qualified Private Duty Nurse, these families are providing 24/7 care for their child. The addition of a Home Health Nurse allows the family to achieve a level of normalcy. Being able to work, be a little league coach, run errands or even step away for something as simple as a shower, is a precious gift to these families. Each shift can provide the caring coverage that a family needs. In this position you have the unique opportunity to make a difference in someone's life.

Alliance Nursing has a case in the Puget Sound area who needs part-time Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses (RN or LPN).

This school age little boy is quite active and has two older sisters he looks up to. Very nice family that is involved and supportive of his care; they are looking for Nurses who will be active and present. He is vent and trach in which you are trained on.

Hours available:

EVENINGS: Thursday and Saturday, 3p-11p

NOC: Wednesday and Thursday 11p-7a

Here is a little bit about us:

Alliance Nursing has provided pediatric and adult medically intensive in-home nursing services (private duty nursing) throughout the Puget Sound since 1989.

In addition to In-Home nursing, we also have Adult Family Homes in Kirkland, Kenmore, and Snohomish, where we provide a dignified home-like setting to clients who have lifelong complex medical conditions. We are honored to say that one of our pediatric clients has now graduated to one of our Adult Family Homes!

Our clients receive round-the-clock nursing care from a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). We encourage family involvement and work together to develop a nursing plan of care that incorporates the client's preferences, special interests, and care needs.

With our years of experience, we have become a valued resource for our clients, their families, and our community. We proudly advocate for medically intensive Home Health care. We work tirelessly to bring patients back to their families. Without us, without YOU, these clients would otherwise need long term hospitalization or placement in a traditional long term care facility.

Over 40% of our nurses have been with us for more than ten years. Ten years of watching someone grow; playing an integral role in their development; experiencing the fulfillment of what nursing can really be.

We hope you will be a part of our future...help us keep them home.
