Job Description:

DEP is seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Administrative Coordinator for the Units team with outstanding written/verbal communication skills as well as excellent analytical skills, automotive experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and building Units client relationships
  • Train/Educate clients on Units platform
  • Assisting Units clients with day to day tasks related to inventory
  • Conduct dealer trainings
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
  • Assist with Units client support and tickets


Required Skills:

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and punctual
  • The ability to multi-task efficiently
  • The ability to remain cool under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Outlook
  • Word
  • Excel
  • Powerpoint
