Job Description Job Description Associate Attorney – Civil/Commercial Litigation & Business Transactions Location: Seattle, WA Position Type: Full?Time | Hybrid Practice Areas: Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Business Transactions, General Business Law Experience Level: 2–6 years preferred About the Opportunity A well?respected boutique law firm in Seattle is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys a balanced practice—supporting litigation matters while also handling a steady flow of transactional work for closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and local companies. The firm offers a collaborative environment, meaningful client contact, and the chance to develop as both a litigator and a business advisor.
