is seeking a talented, experienced, and dedicated Associate
Attorney specializing in First Party Property Insurance . This is a
remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while
also providing opportunities for in-person collaboration and court
appearances. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of
experience in the legal industry, with a strong focus on litigation
and 1st party property cases. This role requires a dynamic
professional who is ready to handle a diverse caseload and
contribute to our team's ongoing success. Responsibilities: Handle
a wide variety of insurance cases, primarily first-party property
cases. Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and draft
legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery.
Represent clients in pre-trial proceedings, trials, arbitrations,
mediations, and hearings. Develop and implement defense strategies,
negotiate settlements, and make recommendations for case
resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes,
court procedures, precedents, and government regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and
team members. Manage and prioritize multiple cases and assignments
in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in business
development activities such as networking, client consultations,
and seminars to expand client base and enhance firm reputation.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. Current license to practice law in the state of Washington
A minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on
first-party property insurance claims. Proven track record of
successfully representing clients in insurance cases. Exceptional
legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. Proficient in
legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to
manage a high-volume caseload and work independently. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ethical standards
