More! Job Details Responsibilities: Provide legal representation to
clients in court for divorce cases and other family law matters.
Draft legal documents such as petitions, pleadings, motions, and
agreements. Conduct discovery in preparation for court proceedings,
including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve
the case before trial. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
from an accredited law school. A minimum of 3 years of experience
in family law with a strong focus on divorce cases. Must be
licensed to practice law in the state. Excellent negotiation and
