Responsibilities: Establishing and nurturing relationships with attorneys and other team members. Developing a rapport with each client and understanding their story, pain points, and goals for their case. Managing calendars: including scheduling and tracking deadlines, appointments, hearings, etc., and ensuring no deadlines are missed. Maintaining complete and pristine client files, including using standardized file naming conventions. Drafting compelling pleadings, motions, and declarations. Completing standardized dissolution and other court forms. Preparing and responding to discovery requests. Drafting general correspondence to clients, opposing parties, 3rd parties, etc. Filing documents; arranging for service of documents.
