Salary: $155,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex tax matters and be part of a team that is instrumental in advising our clients on their tax strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tax advice on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate transactions, real estate, and international tax issues. This role requires an individual who is not only knowledgeable in tax law but also possesses strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent legal research and writing skills. Why join us? Responsibilities: Provide expert tax legal advice to clients on a wide range of tax matters, including corporate transactions, real estate, and international tax issues. Research and analyze complex tax law issues and provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice. Draft and review tax-related legal documents and agreements. Represent clients in tax-related disputes and litigation cases. Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that our clients' tax strategies are compliant with the current laws. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and seminars. Job Details Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state. Minimum 5 years of experience as a tax attorney. In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws. Proven experience in legal research and writing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex tax law issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. High level of professional integrity and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
