All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. /n /nWill accept first time travelers if high acuity level I or II exp /nEPIC experience required /n /n2 Yr Experience (REQUIRED) /n /nPATIENT DIAGNOSES: /nAdult/Pedi ER, Ambulance Triage, ED Holding, Lobby Triage /nVisits/Day: 160 /nSTAFFING RATIO-1:4 /n /nFloat Required: To other units/campuses if needed /n- Campus they would float too if needed it is NOT a float position it is as needed , floating PRN /n- Downtown campuses : First Hill, Cherry Hill , Ballard ( all within 10 mins or less of each other ) /n- Issaquah & Edmonds ( 30 mins from downtown Seattle ) /n- All campuses within 30 mile radius or less. Rarely floated /nWeekend Coverage: Every Other /n /n10% pedi volume - preferred exp /n /nPsych, CHF, MI, Stroke, trauma, chronic morbidities, stroke, stemi, trauma /n /nSPECIAL PROCEDURES: /n- Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, Trach care /n- Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs /n- Blood/Blood Products Administration/ mass transfusion TPA /n- Cardioversion / Defibrillation /n- Obtain 12 Lead EKG /n- Rapid Infuser /n- Tele Interpretation /n- Drains, Feeding Tubes /n- PICC/Central Lines;Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care /n- Syringe Pumps, Triple Lumen Catheter, Wound Vac /n /nCERTIFICATIONS: /n- (Required) ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, /n- (Preferred) CPI, TNCC, AVADE /n /nPrevious Charge Experience Preferred /n /nScrubs: Navy, or professional other colors Techlink Systems Inc.
