Job Description:
We have a position for a customer obsessed product manager who
will bring creative payment solutions to our customers. AWS
provides a platform for IT infrastructure in-the-cloud that is used
by hundreds of thousands of developers and businesses around the
world. These customers range from start-ups to leading web
companies to Global 500 companies. AWS Commerce Platform provides
the back-end and front-end services that enable AWS customers to
purchase AWS services and understand and manage their
infrastructure costs. The AWS Payments and Fraud Prevention team
within Commerce Platform is not only protecting all AWS customers,
but also bringing innovative payment solutions to our customers
across the world. Our team tackles some of the most complex
challenges in payments and innovate to enable our customers to run
their businesses. Key job responsibilities 1. Define the strategic
vision for your product, and develop a comprehensive long-term
roadmap aligned with AWS Payments objectives and customer needs. 2.
Demonstrate deep understanding of architecture decisions, providing
strong, data-driven, technical and business judgement in
decision-making processes. 3. Own and drive key performance
indicators (KPIs) within the payments domain, implementing robust
processes to track product success and customer satisfaction. 4.
Influence cross-functional teams, align external roadmaps with your
product strategy and drive complex, multi-team initiatives to
successful completion. 5. Be a strong communicator, and present
complex ideas to diverse audiences, producing clear, compelling
documentation. 6. Be a mentor, and foster a culture of innovation,
customer obsession, and technical excellence within your team and
across the organization. 7. Derive actionable insights from large
datasets to inform your product strategy and to identify new ways
to optimize the collection of payments About the team AWS Payments
and Fraud Prevention processes and manages all payment transactions
for AWS services globally, handling billions of dollars in revenue
annually. Our Payments organization builds robust payment
infrastructure enabling frictionless transactions for millions of
customers worldwide. Our Fraud Prevention team implements real-time
detection systems and risk evaluation frameworks protecting AWS and
our customers 24/7. Together, we're building the future of agentic
payments infrastructure, enabling secure, autonomous transaction
experiences for AI agents while maintaining industry-leading fraud
detection and collections performance. We build relationships,
remove barriers, and create payment experiences that empower
customers to focus on their businesses. - 7 years of full product
life cycle experience - 5 years of creating written docs for
development of new products experience - 5 years of product
management in the cloud computing technology space experience -
Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase
through engineering design and taking it to market - Experience
delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are
responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through
GTM (go to market) - Knowledge of engineering practices and
patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life
cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite
operations - 6 years of highly scalable systems experience -
Experience as a platform product manager enabling multiple

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
