Job Description:
Program Manager Tech 2 Job Summary: Talent Software Services is
in search of a Program Manager Tech for a contract position in
Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong
chance for a long-term extension. Primary
Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The purpose of this team is to
support the executive office. Key Projects: The candidate will
update and maintain our SharePoint infrastructure and existing
PowerApps used to run the business, along with associated
environments. There may be a need to build new PowerApps or enhance
existing ones. The role also involves making updates to existing
SharePoint sites and ensuring compliance with company standards.
While identifying process enhancements is beneficial, it is not a
requirement. The primary focus is on executing process changes that
require tool support. Additionally, the candidate will manage Azure
environments. Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: The role
consists of approximately 90% working in SharePoint and PowerApps,
and 10% miscellaneous work. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of
experience in PowerApps – design, create, automate, test, and
troubleshoot. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing
SharePoint/infrastructure management. Minimum 2 years of experience
with Azure environment management. Years of Experience Required:
2-4 years of overall experience in the field. Degrees or
Certifications Required: No degree is required for this role.

communicator, able to assess and work within the programs,
maintaining and enhancing as needed. Performance Indicators:
Performance will be evaluated based on meeting deadlines, quality
