Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Technical Product Manager for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be two months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

30-40% meetings: These will involve design, engineering, and leadership readouts.
10-15% personal development.
40-50% product management: This includes building requirement documents, creating presentation documents, and preparing for readouts.
The role involves interfacing with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
Responsibilities include driving program/project schedules and status reports, creating and/or reviewing multiple functional specifications to inform decisions on product or service implementation, and providing Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
The role also involves organizing cross-functional activities to ensure the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing program/project schedules and status reports.


Qualifications:

Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years of overall experience in the field.
Degrees or Certifications Required: Not applicable. The focus is on knowledge and experience.
Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate should be able to substantiate and discuss past experience. They should have the ability to operate with ambiguity and demonstrate strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience with ownership, which involves being a leader in a specific project space.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in conflict management.
