Find your future with us.**Primary Responsibilities:**+ Working with programs to understand and resolve Supplier caused defects, FOD, and rework.+ Integrate engineering with Supply Chain Operations in support of key risk elimination efforts.+ Lead and provide technical guidance to supplier's early career Manufacturing Engineers responsible for producibility, line side support, shop floor work instructions, and bills of material.+ Provide Manufacturing Engineering (ME) support to the statement of work performed at supplier sites worldwide.+ Lead cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions & process improvements in coordination with Operations, Liaison & Tool Engineering, Design Engineering, Supplier Quality, Supplier Management, and Program Management.**The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):**+ Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree, and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.+ Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action.+ Experience with Aerospace Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly Processes, and Technologies.+ Experience with the creation of manufacturing planning and authoring assembly work instructions.+ General Drawing Interpretation & GD knowledge.+ Knowledge of Aerospace Materials and Processes.**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**+ Strong Project Management Skills.+ Self-starter and works well under minimal direction.+ Impeccable communication skills.+ Inquisitive problem solver.+ Build plan and production systems knowledge.+ Experience working across multiple functions.+ Strong Systems, interiors, or structures knowledge.+ Work in a sometimes-ambiguous environment.+ Team player.+ Working Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems like CAPP/MES, PSDS, OP HATS.+ Working knowledge with CATIA/ Enovia.**Typical Education/Experience:**+ Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree, and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.**Relocation:**+ This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.**Drug-Free Workplace:**+ Boeing is a Drug-Free Workplace where post-offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.**Shift:**+ This position is for the 1st shift.**Union Representation:**+ This is a union-represented position.**Equal Opportunity Employer:**Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
